Music Promotion Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how SURE VIBE music promotion packages work, what is included, and how submitted releases are handled. By purchasing a SURE VIBE promotion package, you agree to these terms.

1. Promotion Packages

SURE VIBE currently offers Basic, Premium and Gold music promotion packages. Each package includes the features stated on the promotion page at the time of purchase.

2. Payment and Order Process

1. The artist selects a package and completes payment through the payment method provided on the SURE VIBE promotion page.
2. After payment, the artist must provide the required song, artwork, artist information and relevant links or other requested materials.
3. Processing normally begins after the required information has been received. Incomplete submissions may delay processing.

3. Submission Review

SURE VIBE may review submitted material to determine whether it can reasonably be published or promoted on the platform. This is a quality, operational, legal and platform-safety review; it is not a promise that every submission will receive every requested placement.

4. If a Submission Cannot Be Promoted

If SURE VIBE determines that a submitted release cannot be promoted as submitted, the purchased promotion is not automatically forfeited. Where reasonably possible, SURE VIBE may request a replacement release, corrected material, or another suitable promotional option within the scope and value of the purchased package.

If SURE VIBE cannot provide a reasonable alternative way to fulfill the purchased service, any refund or other remedy will be considered according to the circumstances and the applicable payment-provider rules.

5. Content Requirements

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all submitted music, artwork, artist information, names, images, lyrics, links and other materials are accurate and that the customer has the necessary rights or permissions to use them.

SURE VIBE may decline or remove material that appears to infringe copyright or other rights, contains unlawful or prohibited material, creates a security or technical risk, contains misleading information, or otherwise cannot reasonably be published or promoted.

6. Basic Package

• Song published on SURE VIBE.
• Artist and song information.
• Placement in the appropriate music category.
• Search and discovery visibility on the website.
• Normal website exposure.
• Official streaming and download links displayed.

7. Premium Package

• Everything included in Basic.
• Dedicated Artist Profile.
• Artist photo or artwork, bio/information and social links.
• Streaming platform links and featured release on the artist profile.
• Social media promotion.
• Relevant SURE VIBE discovery visibility.
• Priority publishing.
• Promotional write-up or artist introduction.

8. Gold Package

• Everything included in Premium.
• Featured Artist placement.
• Featured visibility for up to 30 days.
• Trending promotion eligibility.
• Trending visibility for up to 3 weeks initially.
• Sponsored promotional placement for approximately 3 days in selected site promotional areas.
• Enhanced social media promotion.
• More prominent promotional presentation of the release or artist.

9. Featured Artist Placement

Featured Artist visibility under the Gold package may remain active for up to 30 days. The exact presentation may change as the SURE VIBE website evolves, and normal editorial, technical and scheduling considerations apply.

10. Trending Placement

Gold makes a release eligible for Trending promotion for up to 3 weeks initially. Trending is managed according to SURE VIBE's editorial and platform considerations.

The highest Trending positions are not sold or guaranteed. In particular, the #1 and #2 Trending positions are reserved for songs selected on the basis of genuine audience interest, current popularity, editorial judgment or other platform considerations. Purchasing Gold does not mean an artist will occupy a specific Trending rank.

11. Sponsored Promotional Placement

Gold may include sponsored promotional visibility for approximately 3 days. This may include artwork or promotional material in selected areas of the SURE VIBE website. The exact location and presentation may vary by page, device, available space and campaign scheduling.

12. Social Media Promotion

Social media promotion means SURE VIBE may publish or promote the release through its available social channels or promotional formats included in the package. It does not guarantee a specific number of impressions, followers, views, comments, shares or engagements.

13. Artist Profile

Where an Artist Profile is included, the artist is responsible for supplying accurate profile information and suitable artwork. SURE VIBE may format or edit submitted information for consistency, readability and platform presentation.

14. Timelines

Normal processing is targeted within 24 hours after the required submission information is received. Some services, especially Featured, Trending, social and sponsored placements, depend on scheduling and available promotional space.

15. No Guaranteed Results

Marketing performance depends on audience interest, release quality, timing, existing artist awareness, platform traffic and many other factors outside SURE VIBE's control. No package guarantees streams, followers, listeners, views, downloads, sales, playlist placements or a particular ranking.

16. Changes to Website Presentation

SURE VIBE may reasonably change website layouts, sections, promotional formats or technical systems as the platform develops. Such changes will not intentionally remove a paid service already being delivered, but the exact visual presentation may change.

17. Communication and Support

Artists may contact SURE VIBE through the support channels shown on the promotion page for questions, submission issues or clarification before or after an order.

18. Agreement

By checking the agreement box before proceeding to purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Music Promotion Terms & Conditions. The terms are intended to keep the service clear for both the artist and SURE VIBE while allowing the promotion process to remain simple.
