Copyright and Takedown
Last updated: October 2026
SURE VIBE Fan Links help artists share their music. We respect creators' rights and take reports of infringement seriously.
What Fan Links contain
A Fan Link is a page that points fans to music on other platforms. We do not host audio or video files. Any player or video shown on a Fan Link is an embed from the platform that hosts it, and is subject to that platform's own terms. Artists add their own artwork, titles and descriptions, and they must have the right to use everything they add.
What artists must not add
- Artwork, photos, text or other material they do not own or have permission to use.
- Links or embeds to music they have no right to promote.
- Anything that copies another person's work or pretends to be another artist.
Reporting infringement
If you believe a Fan Link uses your work without permission, email [email protected] with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:
- Your name, your email address and, if you act for someone else, who you represent.
- A description of the work you own or control.
- The web address of the Fan Link page and what on it infringes your work.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, their agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
- Your signature (typing your full name is enough).
Please send only genuine claims. Knowingly false claims can have legal consequences for the person who makes them.
What we do
We review each complete notice. If it appears valid, we may remove or disable the content or the Fan Link page, and we tell the account holder. We may ask you for more information.
If your content was removed
Reply to our message with an explanation of why you have the right to use the material, and any proof you can share. We review the response and may restore the content if the claim does not hold. We may also pass your explanation to the person who made the report.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly add content they have no right to use may be suspended or closed.
Other concerns
For trademark, impersonation or other rights concerns, use the same email address and describe the issue and the page address.
