Refund Policy

This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid SURE VIBE Fan Link plans (Pro and Pro Plus). If anything is unclear, email [email protected].

Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Free trial

The free trial needs no card and nothing is charged. When the 14 days end, your account goes back to the Free plan unless you choose to subscribe.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account returns to the Free plan. We do not give partial refunds for unused days in a billing period.

Refund on your first payment

If you pay for a plan for the first time and it is not what you expected, email us within 7 days of that payment and we will refund it. This applies to the first payment on a plan, not to renewals.

Renewals

Renewal payments are not refunded, so please cancel before your renewal date if you do not want to continue. The exception is a mistake on our side: if you are charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, or charged after you cancelled in time, we will refund the amount in full.

Upgrading

If you upgrade from Pro to Pro Plus, Pro Plus replaces your Pro subscription. You are not billed for both.

What happens to your data

If you leave a paid plan or ask for a refund, your Fan Links keep working and the contacts you already collected stay in your dashboard, where you can still view and export them. Paid features such as ad pixels, sign-up forms, Brand Studio styling, extra profiles, custom domains, QR codes and integrations switch off.

How to ask for a refund

• Email [email protected] from the address on your account.
• Include the date and amount of the payment and the plan you paid for.
• We aim to reply within 5 working days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, or the same way you paid where possible (for example bank transfer or mobile money). How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. We can usually fix a problem faster, and an unresolved dispute may lead us to pause the account while it is reviewed.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
