How to give us access to your ad account.

Before you start: readiness checklist

• A Facebook Page for your music.
• An Instagram professional account connected to that Page.
• A Meta business account (also called a business portfolio) containing your Page and ad account.
• An ad account with a payment method that works for ad billing. You pay for ads directly to Meta.
• Partner access given to SURE VIBE (below).

Do you need to set up an ad account first?

Set up your own so you own it. We do not run your ads from our accounts, so your results and history stay yours.

1. Create a Facebook Page for your music if you do not have one.
2. Create a Meta business account at business.facebook.com, using your own login.
3. Add your Page and your Instagram professional account to the business account.
4. Create a new ad account inside it and name it after your music project.
5. Add your payment method. If you can, set a spending limit on the ad account.
6. Turn on two-factor authentication for your login.

Meta sometimes changes menu names. If your screen looks different, send us a screenshot and we will guide you.

Giving us access

Our Business ID: we send this to you in your reply email

Option A: You give us access

1. Log in to your Meta business account and open Business Settings.
2. Go to Users, then Partners.
3. Click Add, then choose Give a partner access to your assets.
4. Enter our Business ID.
5. Choose your Facebook Page and your ad account. Give us permission to manage the ad account and the Page. Control of your whole business is not needed.
6. Send the request. We approve it on our side.

Option B: We request access

1. Send us your Business Portfolio ID, not your ad account ID. You can find it in Business Settings under Business info.
2. We send a request from our business account for your Page and ad account.
3. You will see a notification in your business account. Review what we asked for, then approve it.

If you are not the admin

If someone else set up your Facebook business account, ask them to complete these steps or to make you an admin.

What we will and will not do

• We only use access for the campaign you approved.
• We never ask for your passwords. Never send them to anyone.
• We do not spend beyond the budget you approved.
• You keep ownership of your Page, ad account, audience data and results.
• You can remove our access at any time in Business Settings, under Partners.
