What we do

We set up, manage and report on advertising campaigns in your own ad account. If you choose Launch It Yourself, we prepare the plan, ads and guide, and you run the campaign.

What we do not promise

We do not promise any result, including streams, followers, listeners, signups or playlist placements. Results depend on your song, your audience and your budget.

Approval

Nothing launches, and no ad spend happens, without your approval of the plan and budget.

Ownership

You own your ad account, audience data, music and artwork. We receive access only for the agreed work, and you can remove it at any time.

Ad spend

You pay ad spend directly to Meta. It is separate from our fee. Meta may add taxes in some countries.

Your content

You confirm that you own or have permission to use all music and artwork you send us, and that your ads comply with Meta’s advertising policies.

Platform decisions

Ad accounts and ads can be restricted or rejected by the platform. We are not responsible for platform decisions.

Data

We collect only what we need to run your campaign. See our privacy policy.

Changes and disputes

We may update these terms. Changes do not affect a campaign already approved. [Governing law and where disputes are handled: to be completed.]
