Refund policy for Release Campaigns.
This policy covers our campaign fee. Fan Link subscriptions are covered by their own policy.
- Before we start work: full refund of the campaign fee.
- After setup has begun: the fee is not refundable, because the work has been done.
- If we cannot launch your campaign for reasons on our side: full refund of the fee.
- Ad spend: money you pay to Meta cannot be refunded by us.
- Changing your release date: we adjust the schedule once at no charge. [Rule for further changes: to be completed.]
To ask for a refund, contact us with your brief reference. We reply within 24 hours.
